Description Two specimens collected at extreme low tide, Plage des Rosaires, western extremity (Tournemire), Plérin, Côtes d'Armor, N. Brittany, NW. France. 10,9mm: under stone, on wet muddy sand. 9,3mm: used as anchor in the byssal thread of a mussel cluster (Mytilus edulis), together with little pebbles and other shell debris (Anomia ephippium, Ruditapes philippinarum etc.).
