Status No types. Nygren (2004) did not transfer the name to Myrianida and instead included Autolytus orientalis amongst the nomina dubia Autolytus names. He suggested the name was possibly synonymous with M. pachycera. The checklist for India of Sivadas & Carvalho (2020) lists Autolytus orientalis as a combination in Myrianida, but without a supporting reference for the new combination [details]
