Etymology The species name is based on basal part of male antenna 2 bearing a broad lobe. [details]Habitat The new species was collected from high tidal zone or pool under mangroves in tropical sea, together with seaweed and debris, sifted out with sieve.
The salinity of the habitat is low. [details]
