Etymology "The specific name refers to its colouration, as maganda means “gorgeous and beautiful” in Tagalog. In addition to East Timor, this new species is also present in the Philippines where Tagalog is spoken. Therefore, it seems appropriate that the etymology of this new species has a meaning in this language" (Martínez & San Martín, 2020: 248). [details]
