Synonymy In a summary listing Day (1967: 378) has his 1934 M. durbanensis listed under M, macintoshi of Crossland, but Day doesn't mention the name under his summary/description of M. macintoshi, and he did not mention the name under his entry for M. macintoshi in 1962 where he gives a longer synonymy. Conversely, in the 1967 monograph Day does not include M. durbanensis in his key, a good indication he thought it was not valid. A search online found no other citations for the synonymy of M. durbanensis to M. macintoshi. [editor request: Please advise of any sources commenting on this name.] [details]From other sources
