Additional information The tapered cirri lacking an opposing spine and curved claw suggest that this species is not closely related to other species of Caryometra. [details]Diagnosis Caryometra with centrodorsal low conical, wider than tall. Cirri in 10 columns, long, very slender, scarcely curved distally, tapering to fine point without opposing spine, of 22 cirrals; longest cirral with L/W ratio ~6; distal cirrals much longer than broad. Arms probably ~70 mm long. P1 5 mm long, of 10 segments; P2 resembles P1. [details]
